ABOUT US
COACH LAWRENCE
Coach Lawrence has been an athletic trainer for 17 years, he graduated from Texas Christian University in 2000 with a Bachelor degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Health and Fitness and Athletic Training. He also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Webster University (2007) and an Associates degree in Physical Therapy from St. Phillip's College (1996). Coach Lawrence is certified to teach Health K-12 and Sports Medicine I and II courses. He has spent nine years in Northside Independent School District, working as the Head Athletic Trainer O'Connor High School and Warren High School prior to being selected as the Head Athletic Trainer at Harlan. He is a National Certified Athletic Trainer with the Board of Certification and a Licensed Athletic Trainer in the State of Texas. He has spent 27 years in the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserve, currently serving as a Medical Service Corp Officer. He is member of the National Athletic Trainers Association and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Coach Lawrence has been married to his wife Trish for 23 years, they have two dogs, Parker and Sam.

COACH PATTON
Coach Patton has been an athletic trainer for 3 years. She graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training in 2017. Prior to working at Harlan High School, she was an athletic trainer for Methodist Sports Medicine's outreach program. Coach Patton is a Nationally Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer in the state of Texas. She is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association, South West Athletic Trainers Association, Alamo Area Athletic Trainers Association and ATPE. Coach Patton is a certified teacher in Texas for Health (K-12) and Sports Medicine I & II through TSATA. She teaches two Health courses and one Sports Medicine course at Harlan High School. She has been married to her husband, Bo, for two years. They have their daughter, Hailey (8), and two dogs, Ruger and Kimber.
